A young player (at the time 18 years old) in the NBA, Lebron James starting his career out needed a good sneaker. As we know Nike signed the very talented athlete. Lebron's first shoe was the Nike Air Zoom Generation, also known as the LBJ I released right before the 2003-2004 NBA Season.

NIKE AIR ZOOM GENERATION LEBRON 1 (I)

The Air Zoom Generations featured Zoom Air in the heel and forefoot, giving you a comfortable wear each and every time you slipped them on. Another plus for the LBJ 1 they are really light weight. Even though the Nike Air Zoom Generation did not win basketball shoe of the year, (the Nike Vince Carter III won) they sure were many people's favorites.

The first pair of Nike LBJ I were nick named the "First Games". The color way was limited and retailed for $115, but it was hard to find a pair after the release for less than $200.

Cheap Lebron 3 (III)

The Nike Air Zoom Lebron 3 released for the 2005-2006 season. Knowing Nike they always try and top the last model, which means breaking down the previous model to see how they handled. The Nike Air Zoom Lebron 2 was nice, but the IIIs were even better.

NIKE AIR ZOOM LEBRON 3 (III)

Nike Air Zoom Lebron 3 was made to play. The soles were made so when Lebron James running up and down court, he did not have to worry about falling. Nike also added reinforcing TPU clip to prevent ankle injuries. The middle of the sole contained a carbon fibre shank plate which provided Lebron with more support.

To celebrate Lebron James 21st birthday Nike had released another online exclusive labeling it the Nike Air Zoom Lebron 3 "Birthday Bundle". When purchased you received a T-Shirt and nice belt. Resell value at the time was through the roof.

The Nike Air Zoom Lebron III also had full length Zoom Air units, giving additional cushioning for Lebron James. When observing the LBJ III it is sort of similar to the Air Jordan XI (11). On the sides their are straps running to the lace loops, only difference is they are not sewn on.

The Nike Air Zoom Lebron III was a success. Many people before the release were very excited to slip them on. Nike knew this, and released a nice sized handful of colorways, some were a general release while others were only released in China.

To celebrate Lebron James 21st birthday, Nike released another online exclusive. This time when you purchased the Nike Air Zoom Lebron 3s you also received a T-Shirt and a nice looking belt. Resell value was through the roof, finding a pair on EBay for less than $300 almost seemed impossible.

Cheap Lebron 4

As many people have said the Nike Zoom Lebron IV will take the Lebron line into the future. The Lebron 4 is the fourth edition in the Nike Lebron line and is way before its time. Some very nice qualities are the slow recovery memory foam in the upper collar for perfect balance between support flexibility, full-length TPU plate and solid rubber herringbone pods that delivers on-court traction.

NIKE AIR ZOOM LEBRON 4 (IV)

The first color way to release of the Lebron IV is the Black/White/Varsity Crimson. Following general releases are:

Some of the best color ways sadly are Player Exclusives. One of the most popular Nike Lebron 4 PE is the Fruity Pebbles and rumor has it they will release in a very small run (around 250 - 300). Another very nice color way is the SVSM, which is inspired by his High School. Two special Nike Lebron IVs released only in China and NYC, which are nicknamed after the release location. As of now, each pair is going for $300 - $500 usd.

Cheap Lebron 5 (V)

In the end, there were five. That is, there were five characteristics that LeBron James and the creative minds at Nike decided they’d incorporate into the aforementioned ballplayer’s fifth signature ride, the Nike LeBron V (5). Family (White/Navy), Fearless (Black/Crimson), Passion (China Red/White), Vision, and Win were emblazoned on the midfoot support strap of each color-specific model. With those traits in mind, Ken Link crafted the ‘Bron with elegant performance on the brain.

NIKE AIR ZOOM LEBRON 5 (V)

The designer of the Nike Air Zoom Lebron 5 (V) incorporated a Phyposite support bucket to help alleviate the weight issues that plagued the wildly inventive IV in ’07, yet still retain the comfort properties of a primarily Flexiposite upper. Couple that with a full-length Zoom Air unit, and ballplayers had comfort and durability all the way up until season’s end. An Akron, Ohio-inspired outsole (A map of LeBron’s hometown is visible through clear windows) provided awesome lateral dependability on anything from an NBA-maintained court to a dusty gym filled with CYO Bums. Triple-stacked Zoom Air? Yes, yes y’all, the Swoosh has taken it to new heights of comfort with a three-tiered implementation of their popular Zoom Air cushioning interface. While elegant performance was the end goal of the ’07 LeBron V, the Nike Air Zoom Lebron 6 (VI) returns to James’s powerful roots as the brawny point-forward / MacGuyver-esque Cleveland Cavalier.

NIKE AIR ZOOM LEBRON 6 (VI)

The sixth sneaker in the ‘Bron-Bron line-up is marked by sturdy silver eyelets, a conspicuously forward-canted check along the middle panel, and a boot-inspired midsole. Oh, and did I mention the triple-stacked Zoom? Just recently, Nike dropped a four pair of Nike Air Zoom Lebron 6 dubbed “The LeBrons” package at selected retailers / Niketowns nationwide.
